COREOFIBy using Coreofi you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Coreofi is a technical analysis tool for choreography education. It allows users to upload audio and video files, visualise waveforms, detect tempo (BPM), annotate timelines with section markers, synchronise video to audio, and share analysis projects within a school group. The service is currently in closed alpha testing and is provided as-is.
Coreofi is not a music streaming service, music library, or music distribution platform. It does not provide, recommend, or licence music. It is a tool that processes user-supplied files for the sole purpose of choreography analysis and education.
Coreofi is operated by Coreofi Admin Contact: support@coreofi.com.
You need an invite code to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — do not share your credentials with others.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload (audio files, video files, annotations, descriptions). Coreofi does not claim any ownership rights over your content.
By uploading content, you grant Coreofi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service to you and the users you choose to share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences, or permissions to upload and use any content you submit to Coreofi, including but not limited to audio recordings, video files, and any underlying musical compositions.
You agree not to upload content that:
Coreofi does not provide, licence, or distribute music. It does not pre-screen uploaded content and has no knowledge of whether a given file is lawfully held by the uploading user. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with applicable copyright law.
If you are a school owner (teacher/administrator) operating a commercial dance school, you are responsible for complying with all applicable music licensing requirements in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining any necessary authorisations from collective rights management organisations such as UCMR-ADA (Romania), ASCAP/BMI (United States), PRS (United Kingdom), GEMA (Germany), SACEM (France), or the equivalent organisation in your country.
Coreofi is a technical analysis tool. It does not grant, imply, or substitute for any music performance, reproduction, or synchronisation licence. The use of Coreofi does not relieve you of your independent obligation to hold appropriate music licences for the content you use in your classes, recitals, or any other public or commercial context.
By creating a school account on Coreofi, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the legality of the audio content uploaded and shared within your school group.

Upon receipt of a valid notice we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the content without undue delay. Users who repeatedly infringe third-party rights will have their accounts terminated.
You agree not to:
Coreofi may be used by students under the age of 16 only under the supervision of a school administrator (teacher/owner) who accepts responsibility for obtaining any necessary parental or guardian consent required under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By registering a student account via an invite code, the school administrator confirms that the required consents have been obtained.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we only access your content to provide and maintain the service.

Coreofi operates as a hosting service provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Directive 2019/790 (EU Copyright Directive). Coreofi does not initiate, select, or modify the content uploaded by users. It provides technical tools for storing, processing, and displaying user-supplied files for the purpose of choreography analysis.
Coreofi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform. During the alpha period especially, please maintain your own backups.
